Rise® Ultra

The RISE®- / Rise® Ultra material is a special 100% halogen-free UV-, ozone- and saltwater-proof rubber shaped into sleeves or strips of different sizes and lengths. In the event of a fire or if temperatures exceed 200°C, the material expands to several times its original volume, creating a foamed mass with excellent heat-insulating properties. RISE® material produces no smoke gas when it expands.

Fiwa® Sealant

FIWA® is a permanently elastic 100% halogen-free UV-, ozone- and saltwater-proof 1k mass with excellent bonding properties on virtually any surface. In the event of a fire or if temperatures exceed 200°C, the sealant expands to between five and ten times its original volume, creating a porous mass with excellent heat-insulating properties. In contrast to traditional materials expanding under the influence of heat, FIWA® expands not because of an intumescent process but because of a chemical reaction. The advantage: FIWA® produces no smoke gas when it expands.

Nofirno® Sleeves

The NOFIRNO® material is made from a special silicone polymer with fire-resistant components and is 100% halogen-free. The sleeves come in different sizes and perform excellently in temperatures between -50 0 C and +180 0 C. Even in the event of a fire, they retain their shape and provide very good thermal separation of adjoining materials and structures. The NOFIRNO® material has been successfully tested in the harshest conditions.

Nofirno® Sealant

Nofirno® is a permanently elastic 100% halogen-free UV-, ozone- and saltwater-proof 1k mass with excellent bonding properties on virtually any surface. In the event of a fire, the sealant produces a ceramic layer acting as an additional shield, creating a barrier with excellent fire-resistant properties. The advantage: The material remains stable even the fire persists.

Slipsil® Plug

Made from Nofirno® rubber, 100% halogen-free, UV-, ozone- and saltwater-proof, and remains permanently elastic for all its service life. It can withstand enormous environmental influences and retains its shape even during a fire, has a high oxygen index of > 55% and a low smoke gas index. You can use Nofirno® rubber in temperatures between -500 C and +180°C. Slipsil® Plugs provide a high degree of pressure tightness and a long service life.

Dynatite® Plug

Made from Nofirno® rubber, 100% halogen-free, UV-, ozone- and saltwater-proof, and remains permanently elastic for all its service life. It can withstand enormous environmental influences and retains its shape even during a fire, has a high oxygen index of > 55% and a low smoke gas index. You can use Nofirno® rubber in temperatures between -500 C and +180°C.  Slipsil® Plugs provide a high degree of pressure tightness and a long service life.

Lubricant®

Lubricant® is an installation aid to facilitate inserting Slipsil® or Dynatite® Plugs. It is made from premium medical-grade petroleum jelly and kind to skin and materials. It is offered in units of 125ml or 500ml.

Riswat® Sleeves

RISWAT® hose components are made from custom developed thermoplastics and 100% halogen-free. RISWAT® hose components come in a blue colourway and are used where no fire safety is required. RISWAT® hose components are produced in a variety of dimensions. They create a robust supporting frame for applying Nofirno® sealant.

Conducton® is a flexible conductive rubber used for penetrations that need protection from electromagnetic influences.

Aquastop® Material

The Aquastop® material is a kneadable rubber for sealing leaking penetrations. It is produced from a silicone polymer basis. This rubber is 100% environmentally friendly and bonds extremely well even on wet surfaces.
